The idea of establishing an entremet pastry brand was cherished by founder Pema since 2016. After graduating from the famous French bakery school Le Cordon Bleu, founder Pema continued to participate in many courses from the country’s top chefs. France.

For that reason, every product produced must be as neat as possible. Raw materials and baking machinery are imported directly from Europe, and the professional working process ensures that every cake produced is of the same quality.
